Judge Kelly Waters of Union Municipal Court is actively involved in legalizing a illegal Traffic Summons Quota Racket run by Union PD & Union Twp. In the matters of Summons # UNN 637580 & 638639 issued under Racial Profiling and Selective Enforcement of Law under an illegal Traffic Summons Quota by Union PD Judge Waters transferred the case to Roselle Park after more than 9 months without addressing the issues raised by the Defendant and without providing any Discoveries requested going back to Nov. 2007. I have known law firms like zucker goldberg and ackerman , who are seriously ethically challenged.THEY ARE BASICALLY A COVER UP ---FOR THE DEEDS OF THEIR ATTORNEYS. THEY PROACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN MALICIOUS SCHEMES.
It is pretty hard for an individual to blame a state for most of his misfortunes in life, but this state has completely ruined me.
I am married with 2 daughters. When I was in college, I had a child out of wedlock with a woman who was emotionally unstable. Disabled at the time, I allowed my daughter to stay with with her grandfather in his home, as custody was taken away from the mother and she went to jail and later a nut house before the child endangerment charges against her were dropped on the grounds that she was mentally ill at the time.
Though I was known to the court and the child welfare agency DYFS (Doo-fus) they lost or neglected to file any kind of paperwork in their possession with my name. My daughter's maternal grandfather sues for custody, and signs sworn affidavits, first denying knowledge of the father (me) then, later denying any knowledge of my whereabouts (while I live 15 minutes from the courthouse in Newark, NJ). DYFS/Doofus and the court take his word that I am nowhere to be found while I continue to see my daughter regularly with no clue as to what is going on behind my back.
Grandpa goes to Florida with my daughter and then sues me for child support. I start receiving letters from the court at my job that I am a dead beat dad and must pay thousands of dollars in back child support to a man that committed perjury and a court that completely ignored my legal rights and screwed up big time out of ignorance, and later arrogance.
During this time I am diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and receive treatment for it in the hospital. The medication given to me gives me fevers that rage to 103 or above. All the while I am being threatened with jail by "Probation Officers" of the court. After writing more than 2000 letters to everyone in any position of authority here, the judge agreed to hear my case as a "courteousy to me." He threw the child support out, vacated the child support order, and told me he would be praying for my recovery. (which I found rather hard to believe). In the meantime, I became so ill by the stress of all that nonsense, that I could no longer continue my gainful employment with a major insurance company here. I retired due to disability in 2003.
My daughter's maternal grandfather passed away in 2004 in Florida. My daughter now resides with her grandmother, approximately 80 years of age or older. My daughter receives part of my meager monthly disability funds.
I recently saw my daughter last summer in Maryland. My father paid for her airfare to visit us. During the years that she was in Florida she has been on dozens and dozens of psychiatric medications, why, I am not sure. My daughter's maternal grandparents had a history of domestic violence and their adult children are spread out all across America now. Two of those children are not on speaking terms with their mother. When I saw my daughter I wanted to cry. My once beautiful, healthy daughter is grossly overweight from the medications given her and has had surgeries on her ears, tonsils, mouth, etc. that I was never told about.
I lost thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on attorneys. My daughter is now a Florida resident under the "legal" custody of her divorced maternal grandmother so it is basically hopeless. My daughter is a psychological and physical wreck - the medications they gave her and she "must" continue to take make her look like an ogre, all because of what some arrogant, uninformed judge with a God complex did. He ruined her. In any event, I am sure he does not lose any sleep over it. He retired from the bench several years ago with a nice fat pension and I believe that he continues to play golf at his favorite course/country club.
My other 2 children are thriving, despite our often desperately poor situation. I work part-time despite my poor health, but am afraid to go to the doctor because my medicare covers only 80 percent of treatment. And the notoriously corrupt doctors in this state almost never take medicaid at all. So my health gets worse and worse. My wife insists she can't work because she needs to take care of our kids.
Had the Garbage State of NJ never violated my rights out of negligence and apathy, my dear daughter would be a happy, healthy teenager instead of a physical vegetable with the emotional intellect of a six year old child.
My dear family lives under constant economic hardship, and my dear child in Florida is physically and emotionally ravaged. Meanwhile, I read about this Garbage State's pols awarding their cronies six figure salaries, bonuses and pensions - it makes me sick to my stomach. In my ill state of health, anger is the worst thing for me. However, there is absolutely no accountability in this state whatsoever by its corrupt, disgraceful "public" officials who are constantly the target of federal investigations. New Jersey judges, prosecutors, and sheriffs are just thugs - I honestly believe that intimidating and hurting people at will gives them a rush.
God willing I will one day possess the financial resources to leave this cesspool of a state never to return here again. In my eyes, the Garbage State was a willing accomplice in the destruction of my dear child's life.
For almost 10 years we have been separated.
I live just above the poverty level, though I am college educated with a bachelors degree.
My life has been almost completely destroyed by the Garbage State. I cannot even afford to go the doctor, while I see my local county sheriffs eating out lunch just around the corner from me everyday, laughing, making idle chatter, and of course ticketing the neighbors' cars before towing them away for $300 or more for the crime of non-compliance with street cleaning.

i have been abused by 2 NJ essex county Judge Renee Jones Weeks andher replacement Walter Kaprowski - they are corrupt and do not follow the law except when convenient. The US and NJ Constitutions mean nothing to them. I have not been able to see my mother in almost 4 years because of these corrupt Judges. They violated their oaths of office and conspire against the rights of the elderly and disabled. They place encumbrances to people in accessing justice especially if you are Pro se. The things is something should be done as 18 USC 241/242 apply to crimes against rights and conspiracy. I have been shut off from my mother and she is dying because my older illegitimate half brother stole my mothers mail to isolate her in a substandard Nursing home.
Its a disgrace that they would treat a service connected disabled veteran, a person who gave their youth and health to the country which they enjoy their privilege of office because I gave all including my health to be abused by corrupt NJ judges.

I am fighting against a corrupt Judge named Paul X. Escandon in the New Jersey Monmouth County court system.
This Judge has already been turned over by the appellate court for recklessly and illegally stripping me of my physical and legal rights to my 2 year old son of whom I have always been the primary care giver. Now, in an attempt for vengeance, Judge Escandon has put my son and I under the Federal Guidelines for household poverty by only granting us $12,000 a year while my husband made over $500,000 last year as a commodities trader on Wall Street. The list of illegal rulings against me by Judge Escandon are plentiful and this is not an isolated case. There are several women coming forward now to speak up about their own mishandled and perversely biased divorce under Judge Escandon.

Judge Escandon, has a reputation of ruling outside the law, completely disregarding court guidelines and New Jersey State Family Laws. He has manipulated the system for his own political agenda and has put children's welfare in jeopardy because of his self-indulgent actions on the bench. Judge Escandon ran for political office and lost. He was Assemblyman Sean Kean's law partner for years and and has given money to support Congressman Frank Pallone Jr. Both Sean Kean and Frank Pallone Jr. are known for their extremist beliefs in Alimony Reform. Judge Escandon is using the bench and his position of power to further a political plan by his friends in office and in doing so, he is bankrupting women, taking away their children, denying women their due process rights and ignoring the laws set up by legislature so that everyone can have a fair hearing or trial. Women are being victimized in Judge Paul Escandon's courtroom.
Judge Escandon has no regard for the law, women or children. A former criminal defense attorney, his own actions are criminal. He should be a defendant in criminal court for what he has been doing to innocent people, not on the bench in family court. He is a disgrace to the judiciary. The arrogance with which he makes his decisions, ignoring rules, regulations and laws, with no fear of repercussions is shocking. Why is a former criminal defense attorney, with political motivations and connections ruling on cases in family court?
The NJ judicial system needs to be revamped.

Judge Paul X. Escandon should be removed from the bench in handcuffs and charged with child endangerment and judicial misconduct. His actions are criminal, malicious and self-serving. Assignment Judge Lawrence Lawson continues to protect him, allowing Escandon to bankrupt women and take away children, turning them over to knowingly dangerous and incompetent fathers, including a murderer, a child molester, drug addicts, alcoholics, convicted felons. impose a $500 fine for engaging in communications with a vendor that could reasonably suggest that she had a conflict of interest regarding his business interests, in violation of
N.J.S.A. 52:13D-23(e)(7) and RPA Code of Ethics, Section IL Finally, while the Commission has determined that Singh violated sections of the Conflicts Law and RPA Code of Ethics that the ALJ had recommended dismissing, the Commission will not impose an additional penalty beyond the $10,000 fine assessed by Judge Masin for the violation of N.J.S.A. 52:13D-23(3)(7) and RPA Code of Ethics, Section IL We conclude that the additional violations found by the Commission are all conflicts that are directly related to Singh's conduct while holding dual positions as RPA and AICC President. Since the additional violations arose from Singh's improper holding of overlapping positions that was cited by Judge Masin as the basis for his recommendation of a $10,000 fine, the Commission finds that this fine is an appropriate sanction for the ethics violations committed by Singh in her dual roles.

After serving 23 1/2 this employee was left to suffer at the hands of a few. ~ The County had fired a disabled man, stopped all medications, monies and treatments and after a year plus , paid for all surgeries , which left this man crippled and debilated. ". The surgeries and repercussions of not allowing treatment for 12 + months had further injured his spinal column, etc etc In addition 2 attorneys appointed to the case also chose to do criminal acts to prevent their client from the black and white proof from their own doctors. . These illegalities that have blaintly occurred need only to be looked into ~ in order to see the continued abuse of power from various sectors of NJ Court Personel who have had his life in their hands , to ruin , when they so choose. He has lost his home , some of his family and feels emasculated to this very day. Three of four surgeries have been completed and there seems to not be a hard working , care about the clients ~ honest , moral & ethical lawyer that can be trusted with another human beings life. This poor man should have defended himself - for his present " high profiled", attorney is just that " a profiling criminal!!" It is a sad day in the United States Justice System when a disabled mans life becomes disabled by kcriminals and unworthy title holders.
I was also scammed by Attorney Otto J. Scerbo, esq. after retaining this attorney I was laid off under medical leave and workman's comp. then replaced by a 10 month employee which according to the law is illegal. I paid this attorney over 11,000 to ruin my life and now I am trying to fight back to clear my name which to me is disgraceful. I've never felt so helpless in my life. Seriously what can you do to repair the damage this attorney has made to my persona? I'm sick to my stomach over what they are capable of doing to someone.
